Speakers:

Alastair MacKenzie – Oxford Innovation Services

Alastair has been supporting innovative purpose driven entrepreneurs for the last 15 years. Since being part of the core team that launched the first www.imacthub.net which went on to 80+ sites globally he has searched for tools and ways of working that can help grow business and social enterprise solutions to the systemic environmental and social changes we face. He is an accredited Strategy on a Page practitioner and has worked via Oxford Innovation with 500+ companies across multiple sectors. He also leads outdoor programmes and is a passionate advocate of learning from time in nature, and bringing insights back into the world of work.

Lukasz Liebersbach – Oxford Innovation Services

Lukasz is an experienced Design Thinking practitioner who helps organisations apply design principals to product and service innovation. He runs workshops, conducts user research studies and facilitates creative brainstorming sessions. He is the co-organiser of the regular “Wake Up Design” event which connects the industry with design experts. Lukasz has a master’s in environmental science; his work is heavily influenced by his experience gained at the Institute of Design at Stanford University, California (commonly known as The d.school).
