In truth, the past 20 years with social media and instant access to reams of information, both accurate and inaccurate, has turned this on its head. Like it or not, quality communications have now become the central pillar to entire marketing campaigns.

Alex Lacey has over 17 years’ experience working across technology, health and wellness, nutraceuticals, consumer, and corporate PR and communications, in agencies and companies across the EMEA and APAC. He’s been at the centre of crisis management for several cases, including one of the US’ highest profile corporate challenges of recent years. He has advised across more than 25 countries and has helped companies launch more than 60 different products and services to the media and various influential individuals.

This session is purposefully designed to be flexible around your needs and questions, but actively seeks to avoid going into detail regarding digital marketing, which is covered in a separate marketing clinic (see here).
