Boost your health for winter
Empowering charity, Victoria’s Promise, has teamed up with Bracknell Enterprise & Innovation Hub (The Hub) to help companies boost employee health and defences this winter with the launch of its first “Living Well Workshop” taking place from 10.30am, 29 November 2017 at The Hub.
The Living Well Workshop is free to attend and has been built by a team of Victoria’s Promise experts to provide tricks, facts and tools to get control and ownership of physical and mental health this winter.
