How did you start your company?

I have two companies. I started HindeSite Ltd back in 2001 after being made redundant from my job. I had previously done recruitment so decided to make my own brand and have never looked back. My second business is 1World Xzibitz Ltd which I started in 2013 after I saw a gap in the market for fully managed exhibition services. A lot of companies provide design or provide construction, however we offer an entire exhibition solution. We fully manage the entire process from conception to completion so that the client experiences a stress free event.

What is your proudest achievement as a business?

We are proud to have won a total of 8 awards with HindeSite Ltd over the last 2 years.
It’s all about service and ensuring both candidate and client are looked after. 1World Xzibitz Ltd is still a young company however with a lot of hours, research, networking and just plain hard work, I have built the client list into something we are proud of. We boast a list of high profile Clientele who return year after year due to the service they receive. The testimonials say it all! It is all above making the client’s life easier yet maintaining the quality of delivery.

What was your most recent notable project?

We did an exhibition stand in Copenhagen for a large corporate client. Logistically it’s never an easy feat to arrange stands abroad however we showed the client that regardless of location, we can provide a service that is second to none. The event went off without a hitch and the response and feedback was so rewarding. The client stated it was by far the best response they’d had for a stand.

What projects/ambitions do you have for the future of your company?

We are slowly growing. We are also continuing to grow our client base without losing that first class service we are known for. I believe each project needs to be treated the same regardless of size and it shows in our work and delivery. Being such a young company yet already having the positive reputation that we do, makes all the hours and effort worthwhile.

The location is ideal as it makes it easily accessible to clientele in Berkshire and also London.
